Will it hallucinate prices or promises?

No. Guardrails restrict it to what's in your docs. If a customer asks about a price not documented, the bot escalates — it doesn't guess.

What happens when the bot can't answer?

It escalates to a human via your chosen channel (email, Slack, Intercom). The full transcript is passed along so the human has context.

Can we train it on PDFs, videos, old support tickets?

Yes. PDFs and docs are ingested monthly. Video transcripts can be added. Old support tickets are great training material — we set up an import.
