How is this different from a Web app?

A Web app is a single core application around one flow or user group — starts at €1,500. The CRM / ERP platform is multi-module: customers, deals, invoicing, stock on one data model and one set of permissions. Broader scope, more roles, more integrations.

Can this integrate with our accounting software?

We've integrated with MoneyBird, SuperFaktura, FreeAgent, and QuickBooks. If you have something exotic, we scope a connector as a Custom software add-on.

Is this really a CRM and an ERP in one?

For small-to-mid businesses, yes. Contacts, deals, invoicing, inventory, and ops sit on one data model, so stock movements and sales activity live in the same system. If you need finance-grade ERP at scale (NetSuite class), we'll be honest and point you there.

What if we outgrow it?

Export everything in open formats (CSV, JSON). Your data is yours. We've had clients graduate to Salesforce; the migration went smoothly because we never lock data in.
