Things clients actually ask.

Do you work off an existing brand, or start fresh?

Both. Discovery decides which. A six-month-old logo that nobody's seen is often worth evolving; a 2012 relic usually isn't. We say which, with reasons.

Will the type be licensed correctly?

Yes. Every typeface we specify is either open-source or licensed for the intended use (web, app, marketing). You won't find out at launch that the display face needs a €2,000 licence.

Can we use this identity ourselves without hiring you for the website?

Absolutely. The deliverables are plain-format files and a readable guide. Any competent designer can build from them.
