AI automations
The repetitive work that quietly eats your team's week (lead routing, invoice extraction, report generation, escalation triage), automated with n8n, custom scripts and hosted language models. Delivered as a tested package of flows with monitoring and an alert path, so a silent failure becomes a Slack message instead of a missed customer. The care plan keeps them running as vendor APIs change.
What you hold in your hand at the end.
The actual files, accounts, videos, and runbooks you walk away with.
- 01Self-hosted n8n instance or access to your existing one: flows exported as JSON
- 02Architecture diagram: triggers, data flow, external calls, fallback paths
- 03Test suite covering happy path + the three most likely failure modes
- 04Monitoring dashboard with alerts to Slack / email when a flow breaks
- 05Runbook: what each flow does, how to pause it, how to debug a failure
The work itself.
In-scope activities. Everything here is part of the quoted price. No line-item surprises.
- Process audit: which work is worth automating, which is better left human
- n8n / Make / custom-script flows wired to your real systems
- LLM-powered steps where they earn their keep (extraction, classification, summarisation)
- Retries, error alerts, and a dashboard so nothing fails silently
- Approval by a person where the cost of a wrong action is high
- Runbook and credentials handover so your team can operate the flows
How price and timeline scale.
Same shape of work at every tier. The higher the tier, the more it covers. We agree the right tier on the call.

What this service doesn't include.
Said up front, so nothing surprises anyone at invoice time. Most of these can be scoped in separately. Say the word.
Third-party API / LLM token costs: pass-through on your accounts
Rewriting a custom ERP or CRM to accommodate flows (separate scope)
Anything that scrapes real people at scale: we don't do that
Typical situations that fit.
- Case 01
Ops team manually parsing 200 invoices a month into an accounting tool
- Case 02
Sales team copy-pasting leads from forms, LinkedIn, and email into a CRM
- Case 03
Support team writing the same five responses differently 30 times a day
Things clients actually ask.
Why n8n and not Zapier / Make?
n8n is self-hostable, cheaper at scale, and doesn't lock your logic behind a subscription. For clients already on Make or Zapier, we work with what you have: the tool matters less than the process behind it.
Will the LLM make things up?
We design around that. LLMs handle classification and summarisation where an occasional miss is tolerable. For decisions where a wrong call is expensive (payments, refunds, escalation), a human approves.
What happens when an API changes?
Monitoring catches it within minutes. The care plan covers reactive fixes and keeps flows running as vendors update. Without care, you get a written runbook and can fix it yourself.
