DV Plast

They sold to both Bulgarian households and international B2B buyers from a BG-only site with a literal Google Translate English. Now the BG version leads with price and warranty, the EN one with capacity and certifications, and B2B enquiries started in the first month.

Problem

A door and window manufacturer served both Bulgarian households and international B2B customers on a BG-only site with a literal Google Translate English. Serious international enquiries never came: the site looked like a small local shop's.

What we did
  • Bilingual content strategy: BG for end customer, EN for B2B
  • Design in two tones sharing one visual base
  • Build on Next.js + next-intl + Payload CMS
  • SEO foundation for both locales with different keyword sets
  • Localised enquiry forms + EN B2B format

Approach

We treated BG and EN as two audiences with different needs. The BG version leads with price, warranty, local service. The EN version leads with capacity, certifications, delivery. One codebase, two voices. Payload CMS lets their marketing team edit both without a developer.

Stack
  • Next.js
  • next-intl (BG/EN)
  • Payload CMS
  • Tailwind

Outcome
  1. 01Inbound B2B enquiries from the EN version started in month one
  2. 02First-page rankings on local Bulgarian queries, for example "PVC дограма" with a city name
  3. 03One CMS screen, 2 languages: zero copy-paste
  4. 04Zero-downtime migration off the old WordPress site
